A2 MILK
Our pasteurized water buffalo milk is a delicious alternative to other milks. It offers higher levels of protein and calcium, and is rich in healthy fats. Additionally, water buffalo milk is 100% A2/A2 milk, which is generally easier to digest.

Did you know that all cows originally produced only A2 beta-casein, the same protein found in human milk? Over time, as cows were bred selectively, some began producing A1 beta-casein instead. Today, most cow’s milk contains a mix of A1 and A2 proteins.
Why does this matter?
Research suggests that A1 beta-casein can be harder for some people to digest, potentially leading to bloating or discomfort. A2 beta-casein, on the other hand, is gentler on your stomach and easier to digest, making it closer to the milk nature intended us to drink.
